Global Leader Development Curriculum Design and Deployment

Creation and Implementation of Global Management Development Program
Learning Curve Consultants partnered with HR and L&D to assist with developing and implementing the curriculum across more than 450 leaders in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The goal of the training was to take a top-down approach (executive team down to people managers) and create consistency globally in doing the following:
  • Building Trust
  • Creating an Inclusive Work Environment
  • Improving Communication and Feedback
The organization plans to build on the curriculum by supporting sustainability through the creation and deployment of self-paced learning paths using LinkedIn Learning and other supporting resources.

Launch of The Plunge Leader Curriculum
The Plunge leader curriculum was implemented across five courses and nine months. Topics of 1) Leader Mindset, 2) Customer Centricity and 3) Culture
Identification, Adoption and Transformation were facilitated. The training was accompanied by 1-on-1 coaching and the implementation of three
personality inventories to support the experience. Leadership books were also recommended. Participants reported having the opportunity to hone their leadership skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Created and implemented 100% virtually-led program for 32 employees that included:

  • Self-awareness
  • Skill building workshops
  • Leaders as teachers sessions
  • Formal mentoring
  • Hands-on business projects

Learning Curve Consultants partnered with leadership to create competencies, set a calendar of events, build and deploy the curriculum and involve senior leadership throughout.

Because of the program’s impact (i.e., promotions and movement of program graduates), a second program was added in 2021 for Manager/Director-level employees. Two in-person workshops were included for this higher level group.

Moving from In-Person to Online Training

Due to COVID and geographical challenges, GPS Trackit partnered with Learning Curve Consultants to determine the best way to deploy platform enhancements to over 4,000 customers.

  • Created several proof of concepts to deploy content online
  • Built 29 video walk throughs accompanied by professional narration
  • Included branded 1-page job aids and thumbnails for LMS deployment
  • Strategized and partnered to deploy content via TalentLMS

In 2021-22, we supported the merger between SunTrust and BB&T by building training solutions and managing mission critical projects for both Mortgage and Commercial Banking. The goal was to ensure content was comprehensive and met specific needs of the new organization.
