Created and implemented 100% virtually-led program for 32 employees that included:

  • Self-awareness
  • Skill building workshops

Learning Curve Consultants partnered with leadership to create competencies, set a calendar of events, build and deploy the curriculum and involve senior leadership throughout.

Because of the program’s impact (i.e., promotions and movement of program graduates), a second program was added in 2021 for Manager/Director-level employees. Two in-person workshops were included for this higher level group. For 2023, we are discussing the creation of new manager assimilation and EQ-i 360 and follow-up coaching for the executive level group.

Moving from In-Person to Online Training

Due to COVID and geographical challenges, GPS Trackit partnered with Learning Curve Consultants to determine the best way to deploy platform enhancements to over 4,000 customers.

  • Created several proof of concepts to deploy content online
  • Built 29 video walk throughs accompanied by professional narration
  • Included branded 1-page job aids and thumbnails for LMS deployment
  • Strategized and partnered to deploy content via TalentLMS

In 2021-22, we supported the merger between SunTrust and BB&T by building training solutions and managing mission critical projects for both Mortgage and Commercial Banking. The goal was to ensure content was comprehensive and met specific needs of the new organization.
